The story so far
Upon moving to Edinburgh in 2013, I threw myself into working in Scottish tourism and heritage being employed as a walking-tour guide and visitor services assistant at Edinburgh Castle. Over the last two years I have had the pleasure of working with content creators and heritage enthusiasts to share the very best of Scotland’s inspiring story, including Historic Environment Scotland, DigIt! and Registers of Scotland. I’ve written blog posts for other organisations (#ROS400 campaign, summer 2017 https://insideros.blog/2017/06/19/huntingtower-castle-sasine-register/) as well as dabbling in a bit of presenting, a snippet of which can be viewed below. I am also an experienced researcher and in late 2017 was commissioned as a historical research aid by Edinburgh-based marketing agency Jump.
